• Construction of an elevated water tank 24 meters high.
• Designed and constructed training school held by the Ministry of defense.
• Designed and constructed the office building of the Ministry of defense
This Center is state of the art facility for the falcons. It is basically a veterinarian hospital. It includes separate buildings that could be used in multiple ways including: Office, Hospital, Molting, Quarantine, Staff Housing, Museum, Recreation, and other facilities. Total built-up area extends from 15, 000 m2 to 130, 000 m2. Site is located north of the city of Riyadh

• GOSI Investment Project in Al Madinah Al-Munawarah, consisting of 16 story building with 3 underground floors for parking and services for the main floors for shopping arcades with top floors containing luxurious apartments. Project costs 150 Million SR.
• 300 residential units in Haii Al-Nakheel in Riyadh costing 500 Million SR.
• General Administration Institute, Jeddah Branch Headquarters Building consisting of multi-story offices, lecture halls, auditorium, language labs and other facilities, cost exceeded 300 Million SR.
Assignment included design and production of detailed drawings for the following projects:
• Maraqiah Hospital Expansion - addition of 200 bed medical care facilities; Cairo
• 340 bed Hospital for Egypt's General Electrical Authority, Cairo
• Private Hospital - 200 bed facilities in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
• 100 bed Hospital, Arar
• Dental Clinic Project which cost 10 Million SR
