• Site commissioning and maintaining Honeywell Experion System in Refineries.
Responsibilities:
• Collecting P&IDs, datasheets & Performance Curves for evaluating Efficiency of the Equipments.
• System setup, model configuration & demonstration for Factory Acceptance Test.
• PHD Interface with Different Control Systems.
• Developing FDS, DDS, AS Built Document and other standard Document.
• Developing Graphics and Validating with Real Time Values.
• Training Customer and internal Person on System Management.
• Exposure of troubleshooting LAN/WAN network communications, hardware and have provide on-site management, engineering, and operational support.
• System Setup and commissioning at Client side.
• Stabilizing the application at client site and executing the Site Acceptance Test and formal sign off from the customer.
• Experience on Experion System in Software and Hardware.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively plan and document project phases, and manage ongoing development of functional specifications through discovery, implementation, testing, deployment, and training
- Creating and implementing a full life cycle program to assure the business success and meet the technology standards and securities.
- Provide training and ongoing support for customers: report building, data quality, new integrations, etc.
- Effectively manage client expectations to ensure that projects are on time, on budget, and meet Groundwire's standards for excellence
- Gathering requirements, documenting a solution design and planning the actual project implementation
- Implementing Accpac ERP modular system such as GL, AP, AR, IC and Fixed Assets.
- Implement and develop Sage CRM, using Microsoft .net, JavaScript, ASP and HTML.
- Install, deploy and customize (Microsoft dynamics CRM, AX 2009 and Sage Accpac, CRM) systems.
- Conduct ERP software demonstrations and propose appropriate solutions
- Use SQL statements to work with database.
- Use Microsoft .net to customize and build ERP Applications.
- Use Crystal Reports in all cases (from one table, multiple tables, without Database).
- Design, develop, and test HR Self Services and Workflow application.
- Prepare instruction manuals and other documentation for the systems and applications.
Other Skills:
- Work experience as a senior business solutions to implement Sage ERP systems at various industries.
- Experience in business processes deployment and Interim interface solution for sales/ marketing and customer segmentation.
- Managing user requirements and User Acceptance Testing, and following up problems and issues arising from implementing the ERP system.
- Technical supervisor to implement and support ERP systems, comprising human resources (HR) and financial modules GL, AP, AR, FA(Fixed Assets), BGT(Budget), MAC(Management Account Control).
