Roles & Responsibilities:


•Managing payroll for the Hong Kong, Malaysia & Taiwan region on SAP application
•Preparing the full and final settlement for terminated employees
•Handling the client queries time to time in terms of payroll and legislative matters.
•Checking the sufficient funds availability in bank for salary credit to employees.
•Validating the inputs (New hires, terminations and changes in salaries and one time payments like Bonus, commission etc., ) and preparation of the SAP upload files
•Variation analysis of the input data to output files
•Any technical issues during the pay run will be highlighted to the technical team and to coordinate with them to resolve the issue at the earliest to ensure that no delay in the deliverables
•Solely Responsible for end to end payroll
•100% reconciliation on statutory deductions and head count reconciliation
•Preparation of final reports (Pay Register, pay slips, payroll component breakup reports, Bank Files and etc).
•Preparation of GL files, cross verifying with final reports
•Preparing the year end filing tax returns as per the statutory guidelines and ensure all the filing is done within the due date
•Raising EFT’s for payment of salaries post approvals
•Excellent knowledge on SAP HR(payroll processing) as an end user
•Prepared process flow, procedure documents and periodical review / updating on legislative changes
