Oversee all aspects of network, network security and communications as well as manage two main pillars of 1st and 2nd level IT support. Administer service desk providing end user support related to PCs, printers, applications, PIN pads, and card printing machines. Control helpdesk operations such as tracking, resolving, and assigning all support calls to the right domain. • Led implementation of the projects through planning of the existing Data Centre revamp and migration from legacy switches Cisco 6513 and 6509 to Nexus 9K with ACI.

• Designed and upgraded HQ Data Centre Backbone network including Cisco Nexus 7000, 5000, 2000, and Cisco ASR.

exceeding expectations in line with bank’s objectives.
• Spearheaded complex technology projects of the department to define strategic vision and attain bank’s set goals.

• Ensured availability of network services as per SLAs and OLAs with all business lines. Effectively utilised 2* Cisco ASA 5585-40 Firewalls to implement network segmentation with multi-layer systems’ design within the Data Centre.
Created overall network design to ensure maximum potential and streamlined banking operations through delivery of advanced technical expertise. Developed annual budgets and operating plans to achieve cost management goals. Migrated Data Centre and EDGE network from IBM switches to Cisco and WAN connectivity from FR over ATM to IPVPN.
