As a member of the ICT team the objective of this position was to provide internal customer departments (Procurement and Contracts, Materials, Marketing, Operations, HSE) with the most cost-effective solutions to optimize their business processes. In addition, the position was responsible for capital project management related to internal customer departments. The position was assigned as a PM and L1 SAP support for Supply Chain Departments, Operations Group, Engineering Group as well as the HSE Department.

 Business Process Optimization and Automation Initiatives
 Business Requirement gathering and Analysis for Internal Customer Departments to ensure the requirements meet the overall business objectives
 Level 1 support for key systems (SAP, Documentum, Power BI)
 Training documentation and Training of Personnel on solutions implemented and business processes
 Designing Dashboards to provide senior Management with the needed analytics for optimizing the existing resources and processes
