- Conducting 1:1 and 1: many (where applicable) product demonstrations using World Wide developed demo scripts for guidance.
- Offering face to face advice to customers on the store products.
- Able to promote a store and its products through effective marketing activities.
- Keep a track on number of upcoming workshops and process the order as per the requirement.
- Ensures timely and accurate customer Service, prioritizes logistics actives to meet deadlines.
- Call On daily basis to confirm the orders and move further with the procedure.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
