Responsibilities:
• Administration and operations of Linux and windows servers.
• Administration and operation of core assets at a data center.
•Configuration and maintenance of network services such as DNS, DHCP.
• Install, upgrade and support VOIP software.
• Manages systems integration testing, load/stress testing, and user acceptance testing processes
•Monitor server logs and take proper actions whenever needed
• Configure and manage file systems
• Manages scalability, availability, and performance of servers
• Install support, maintain, and monitor SAN and NAS storage systems
•Implementing managing Firewall, routers, switches, access, points and securing communication in and between sites.
• Design, configure, implement and populate security policies for PCs and notebooks.
• Apply the designed disaster recovery plan.
•Manage file and print servers.
•Managing active directory servers and delegate administration across sites.
•Provide training for technical support teams and junior administrators.
•Designing deploying and managing network infrastructure and security policies.

•Routers Service satellite installation support and administration.
•Install, configure, update, maintain and support servers, 300 workstations and applications software LAN/WAN systems.
•Manage file and print server.
•Managing active directory users and computers
•Administration for managing mails for users in server or outlook
•Providing Computer maintenance (Software & Hardware).
•Providing notebook maintenance (software & hardware).
•Configure IP Phone Cisco
•Using OTRS program to receives the employees requests
•Maintaining Hp printers.

• Microsoft Server Range: DNS, WSUS, File/Print.
• Policy based firewall and proxy systems (MikroTik, ISA 2004/2006)
• Wireless networks WI-FI in &out door extended ranges, hotspots, bridges, repeaters.
• Providing support for complex technical issues.
