Responsible for the overall performance of the RPA COE. Leading its formation, leveraging the domain
expertise of each role, identifying and filling training gaps, and managing governance and reporting.
· Lead a team of developers and analysts to drive product strategy for RPA in line with business
objectives and to deliver on-time technology and business solutions.
· Engage with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure deadlines are met within the
allocated budget.
· Assist the sales team in the qualification of customer needs and Leading the Proof of Concept (POC)
delivery.
· Recommend product features and enhancements that will maximize the customer experience and
digital offerings
· Analyze customer business requirements and generate full documentation about customer business
case following certified business analysis rules and methodologies.

· Maintain excellent knowledge about the product features and latest updates.

translating these into functional specifications documents (SRS).
· Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with

· Define the project deliverables within the business analysis scope and manage business changes and
documentation.
· Create and maintain system’s Use Cases.
· Create and maintain interactive mockups and wireframes.
· Drawing Business Processes, flow charts, state diagrams and Activity diagrams.
· Analyze and understand projects, data gathering and preparing required documentation, gap analysis
and IT scope, and communicate risks and deviations.
· Manage User Acceptance Testing process.
· Assist in training on new systems and related procedures.
· Plan and implement projects onsite and offsite.
· Find solutions to operational and technical obstacles facing the project.
· Report project progress to all concerned parties.
· Recommend enhancements and propose changes to improve systems and processes.
· Process and control all customer transactions on systems.
· Handle a spectrum of operation and system duties such as data inputs, postings, verifications and re-
conciliations on systems as well as hard-copies.
· Prepare required reports, support projects and handle administrative and operational duties as
assigned
· Follow ups with correspondent banks and settle investigations and charges claims.
