Responsible for making all purchase orders according to the company’s needs including:
Assets, hardware and software, handle all purchasing process. The process includes
collecting good offers following the good practices of payment terms and efficient delivery.
Assuring all the items for the projects are available according the delivery date of the projects.
Checking all items of the projects before and delivery date of the projects and before the final
meeting with the customer.
Reporting on outstanding purchase orders whether completed or cancelled.
Preparing the hardware cost for projects.
Making hardware and software for local and international orders.
Reporting stock quantity (Amman, Free Zone and KSA) and keeping the inventory to the
minimum quantity.
Preparing the budget for the Procurement Department.
Preparing inventory check on monthly basis.
Reporting all procurement procedures to the Finance Director
Making all the arrangements of the Technical support schedule.
Proving customer service and problem solving for the Technical and Procurement Departments.
Coordinate with department of installation of the projects.
Responsible for the installations of all hardware’s and software’s.
Responsible for the stock and the purchase all the necessary items for Globitel team.
Responsible for the purchase of the items for the Installation and projects.
Making all needed arrangements for shipping from Jordan office /Free Zone to the end customer outside
Jordan.
Responsible for the inventory
Knowledge of the different brands of mobiles.
Marketing of the different brands of mobiles
