As a Program/Project Manager, responsible for driving and delivering the complete solution of implementation of Oracle
Fusion for Acero Middle East business.
Managing the third-party consulting organization to deliver the solution for Acero business.
Conduct Technical interview for Acero Internal and External consultants and onboard them on the project.
Performing application analysis and evaluating best options to have best coverage of the business requirements.
Reviewing the Requirement Gathering, Solution Design and Technical Documents provided by Implementation partner.
Providing system demo to business end users and collecting the business requirements and perform FIT/GAP Analysis.
Signing off the SAAS Solution documents provided by third party consultants to make sure it the coverage of business
requirements.
Managing the business users to participate in CRP sessions, SIT & UAT sessions, bug fixing and driving the milestones
closure.
Mentoring and managing the consultant resources reporting to me and controlling expenses in the project within the budget.
Handling Data Preparation, Migration and Reconciliation on Dry Run Instance
