o Preparing financial statement and response all requirements which requested by Auditor until release it
o Preparing all requirements which request by tax consult to submit our tax return through tax portal
o Classify and code transactions in accordance with company Chart of Account ( AP / AR / Bank transaction / Petty cash / etc )
o Assist accounting manager/GM in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
o Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
o Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations
o Prepare quarterly financial statement to meet requirements for Gafi report
o Review and approve VAT / WHT form 41 / WHT form 11 / Payroll tax payments through tax portal / payroll tax form 4 / payroll final reconciliation settlement end of the year
o Follow up and finalize any tax disputes at all stages related to corporate tax inspection / payroll tax inspection
o Ensure compliance with internal control policy
