Projects Description:
• Projects 01-06 was a constructions & fit out projects which served overall about 30000 m2 of administration buildings for Saudi Central Bank, Royal Court, Saudi Irrigation Organization and other several ministries from design stage, execution and handing over including all construction works activities, architectural finishing and all MEP tasks.
• Project 07 was a landscaping project which served about 18000 m2 around faculty of law, execution was including 1st fix and 2nd fix for full lighting system layout as pole lights with height 15 m', pollard lights, canopies lights, steps lights and parking ramp lights and it its additional to linear lights, down lights and decorative lights for facade and elevations decoration.
Also, the project was including supply and installing 4 lighting towers with 10 flood lights fixtures for each tower with full height about 35 m' for Football Stadium with area 600 m2 attached to the faculty of law, the execution was including 1st fix of infrastructures, piping and manholes with final aiming and lux calculation to hand over.
• Project 08 was a preparing and accomplishing Bill of Quantities with monitoring technical proposal and quantities surveying, its additional to coordinate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors to collect quotations, and calculating productivities and schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
• Managing Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and following up all activities progress according to schedule with managing the quality assurance to ensure that all works done according to requirements and specifications.
• Determine the schedules of all man power including oversee for subcontractor's man power to ensure productivity and to ensure that all works is completed as according to schedule and other elements of the project.
• Analyzing shop drawing and site specifications as per approvals prior to installation.
• Coordinating with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors according to project time frame and check materials specifications according to Approvals prior to installation.
• Reporting the project's progress including project information, achievements, project health according to schedule, scope and budget, and required solutions of project's obstacles.
• Quickly revise plans and resolve issues to a design for practical concerns and specifications changes in requiring a different engineering configuration.
• Preparing subcontractors payment certification according to works done and according to the quantities survey to all activities within the contract and rules of administration.
• Keeping all partners of project aware about project's progress by coordinating weekly or monthly meeting through communicating all by invitation email.
• Preparing and following up all required project's documents with land lord as work permit, safety and insurance permits and gate pass permits for all project's partner, its additional to documents of consultant as RFI, MIR, SDS and reports.
• Technical Responsibilities:
• Following up the demolishing and finishing process and progress as interior design.
• Following up design shop drawings of all architectural layout, mechanics fitting layout, electric drawings layout.
• Following up the 1st fix & 2nd fix of mechanicals activities of AC ducts, plenum boxes and firefighting according to reflected ceiling.
• Following up the 1st fix & 2nd fix of electric activities of piping and wiring and the 2nd fix of electrical Fixtures.

Projects Description:
• Each complex compote from 3 schools (primary, preparatory and secondary) with 3 canteens, 2 major entrances, 2 guard habitation, 2 electricity room and 3 underground water tanks (6m x 4m x 3.5m) and 3 underground drainage tanks (30m x 5m x 3.5m), its additional to interior & exterior fences with total length +500 m’ and asphalt works for +4000 m² parking area.
Job Responsibilities:
• Following up and finish mobilization stage by finish temporary fences, project banner, offices, store and tanks … etc.
• Finish topographical report and surveyor works using the level to estimate the amounts of excavation and filling-up with consultant reviewing and approval.
• Following up the construction operation as excavation, soil replacement, concrete shuttering, reinforcement and pumping concrete.
• Deal with soil and concrete laboratory and following up tests as (sand cone test, slump test and cubes cracking test … etc.) and following up with the results according to the consultant conditions and details.
• Finish structural, architectural and mechanical shop drawing as reinforcement details, architectural finishing details, water supply pipelines, drainage pipelines and manholes and landscape and get approval from consultant.
• Presenting materials samples and catalogs to consultant and following up approval.
• Following up the finishing process and progress as interior and exterior block building, interior and exterior plastering, ceiling, ceramic, water and heat isolation and painting … etc.
• Finish with high accuracy full quantity of the project and review it with consultant till get the agreement and following up the checking and agreements of company payment certificates and final payment certificate with government (ministry of education).
• Checking and finish the payment certificates of subcontractors and suppliers according to the percentage rules of company.
• Managing the maintenance works along one-year warranty after the initial handing over and following up the process of the final handing over.

1- Gardenia Service Station and Fuel Cars
2- Al-Methak (2) Service Station and Fuel Cars
3- Gesr Al-Suez Service Station and Fuel Cars
Projects Description:
• Service station and fuel car contain 1 service building (market, washing cars, oil changing and tire maintenance) and 1 labors residence and 3 x 30000 liters underground steel fuel tanks and 2 x 15000 liters underground steel solar tanks and 1 steel parasol.
Job Responsibilities:
• Finish topographical report and surveyor works using the level to estimate the amounts of excavation and filling-up with consultants and contractors

• Checking and finish the payment certificates of contractors according to the percentage rules of company.
Projects :
1- METRO City - 12 high rise buildings 4 models
Project Description:
• Compound of 12 high rise building with 4 models (2 basements underground, ground floor, and 15 typical floors and roof floor) and +500 m’ exterior fences and 2 major entrances.
Job Responsibilities:
• Following up the construction operation as excavation, soil replacement, filling up, concrete shuttering, reinforcement and pumping concrete.
• Following up the finishing process and progress as interior and exterior block building, interior and exterior plastering, ceiling, water and heat isolation and painting … etc.
• Night shift 6:00pm - 11:00pm as technical office: Finish structural, architectural and mechanical shop drawing as reinforcement details, architectural finishing details, water supply pipelines, drainage pipelines and manholes and landscape and get approval from consultant and finish with high accuracy full quantity of the project and review it with consultant till get the approval.
• Checking and finish the payment certificates of subcontractors and suppliers according to the percentage rules of company.
Projects :
1- TEBA Factory for Electric Devices.
Project Description:
• 2 administration buildings and 6 manufacturing hangers (steel structures) and 1 service & residence building.
Job Responsibilities:
• Following up the construction operation as excavation, soil replacement, concrete shuttering, reinforcement and pumping concrete.
• Following up tests as (sand cone test, slump test and cubes cracking test … etc.) and following up with the results.
• Following up the finishing process and progress as interior and exterior block building, interior and exterior plastering, ceiling, ceramic, water and heat isolation and painting … etc.
• Preparing daily reports about activities and progress in site to the owner.
• Reviewing quantity of the project and quality monitoring.
• Reviewing and checking the payment certificates of contractor.
