Operation of standard laboratory on day to day basis including maintenance and housekeeping.
•Identify all chemical and consumables used in the laboratory and ensure all Materials Safety Data Sheets for chemicals are readily available.
•Understand Process description for all main equipment at laboratory .
• Perform chemical tests for Feed such as ( Moisture, Minerals, Carbohydrates, Protien, Fat, Calcium, Phosphoruse, Salt.
• Water Quality (PH, Salinity, TDS).
Performe chemical tests for buliding material lile rock, Concrete, Cement, soil and water.
•Operation of standard laboratory on day to day basis including maintenance and housekeeping.
•Identify all chemical and consumables used in the laboratory and ensure all Materials Safety Data Sheets for chemicals are readily available.
•Understand Process description for all main equipment at laboratory .
•Sampling crude oil and water (upstream and downstream processing facilities) and at well site, as well as managing Auto-sampling systems.
•Perform standard tests and analysis (ASTM) on crude oil to determine water & sediments (BS&W), viscosity, pour point, Density (API) and Analyze pH and oil content for produced water samples.
•Monitor and optimize the chemical injection rate according to lab analysis results and operating conditions.
•Install and Calibration the laboratory instrument as well as procedures.
•Working closely with operation department and provide technical assistance during the first oil operation.
•Conduct confirmatory bottle test and participate in field trial with vendors to ensure the efficiency of their chemicals.
•Reporting analysis results to supervisor.

- Preparation of all tools, samples, chemicals, medias and
equipment for the analysis.

- Completing required reports and documentation
-Keep all equipment and glassware in the laboratory sterilized and ready to use .
- Sterilization the required media and glassware.
- Ensure the cleaning program in the laboratory is well implemented.
- Ensures the accuracy and completeness of the analysis results.
- Ensure the Companies Policies and statements are applied continuously and that the company’s statements and policies are continually reviewed and amended to avoid breach of any local or statutory legislation.
