Carry out site supervision for all works related to Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems by the direct supervision of the project and follow up on developments from the beginning to the end.
Ensures that all the works done are in accordance contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
Receiving materials at site, checking the specifications and quantities as per requirement.
Completing the installation activities and commissioning the systems.
Understanding engineering drawings and making bills of Quantities and Quotations
Carry out technical office and site supervision for all works related to Fire Fighting systems, Plumbing and HVAC
- The direct supervision of the project and follow up on developments from the beginning to the end.
- Preparation of schedules, control of the work flow to ensure that the project accomplish as scheduled and according to the required specifications.
- Ensure that all fire fighting, plumbing and HVAC site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawing, specifications and work plane.
- Studying and reading engineering drawings and prepare bills of quantities and making quotations.
-Receiving materials at site, checking the specifications and quantities as per requirement.
-Completing the installation activities and commissioning the systems.
-At site, following safety rules and be sure that all men in site following it.
● RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Follow up operational parameters from furnace to the
finishing achieving final production target.
- Trouble shooting and analysis of all production related
problems.
- Arrange the repair items with other maintenance
departments.
- Follow up re-heating furnace operation and arrange for the
needed spare parts.
- Prepare and raise the daily report to general manager.
- Prepare the needed reports in case of long trouble.
- Follow up to product quality to solve any problems appears
with quality section.
- RESPONSIBILITIES :
Follow-up the production process by :
-Read design drawings
- Inventory and account for the required quantities of raw
materials
-Develop a plan of cutting sheets
-Supervising the stages of the production process, starting from
the stage of cutting through the stages of fitting, welding,
painting and finishing ending with the final delivery to the
Quality control and the shipping process.
