The IT Senior Applications Architect is an information technology (IT) professional that leads the design, analysis, implementation, maintenance and ongoing support for company software and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems. The position will oversee the design process of application software including creating models, analyzing requirements and specifications, building adequate and reliable hosting environments, and overseeing the software lifecycle requirements from maintenance, database optimization and administration, data backup, testing environments, to user support and application documentation. Moreover, the role is responsible for application security and efficiency. The role will also provide technical user support and training for application systems. It will also include managing ongoing business Change Requests to application functionalities. The IT Senior Applications Architect will be responsible for monitoring system performances and serve as a Database Administrator. This includes designing and implementing databases in accordance to application and end user’s information needs and views. This includes defining users and enabling data distribution to the right user on database levels while developing and maintaining database architectures, security, implementations, backups, high availability, reliability and efficiency. The IT Senior Applications Architect will also be instrumental in the design and implementation of cross systems integrations

For Royal Jet -The leading Private Jet aviation service provider - Budgeting and Planning System acquired, implementated as project manager and supported. Involved in the processes of initiation thru RFP, vendor selection, contract terms, project plan and execution and testing. It was possible to get rid of huge amount of excel files and speed up the budgeting process.
• Supply Chain Management System Project:
For Royal Jet -The leading Private Jet aviation service provider - The inventory and purchasing modules of SCM implementated as project manager and supported. Involved in the processes of initiation thru RFP, vendor selection, contract terms, project plan, execution and testing. It helped RJ to streamline procure to pay cycle and automate PR/PO approval via email.
• Developing IT plan and budget, aligning IT with business strategy
• Overseeing installation, ensuring back up systems operate effectively, software/hardware upgrades, plan purchase of hardware & software and providing the technology solutions

• IT Infrastructure/ERP Projects:
For the the private charter company one of the major player in the business. As an IT Manager, the infrastructure was revised and ERP-Adept Financials, BART(Flight scheduling, CRM & Aircraft Maintenance systems), VoIP telephony system & CITRIX solutions implemented and supported to the satisfaction of stakeholders. Achieved mangement goals by building a enterprise architecture and empowering organization and increasing the productivity of employees with excellent IT services and support
• Setup IT infrastucture in the company and seting up new office locations infrastructure
• Development and implementation of new systems
• Working with senior management to propose, agree and deliver IT service to defined Service Level Agreements
• Liasing with suppliers for IT related hardware/software selection and procurement.

• Oracle eBusiness Suite Implementation Project:
For Royal Jet -The leading private jet aviation service provider -The Oracle e-Business suite was selected to cater the needs of the business requirements. As a project manager implemented the Oracle Financials, CRM, HR & Payroll modules successfully. Post implementaion, performed the the ERP responsibilities of Apps DBA, Functional, Technical, Support and enhancements to the satisfactions of the stakeholders.
• IT Infrastructure Setup Project:
Royal Jet had to acquire another office in Khalifa City Abu Dhabi to cater the needs of growing numbers of staff and the qulaity IT infrastructure setup including the data center, structured cabling, servers etc was completed within the scheduled time.
• Oracle eBusiness Suite Hardware/Software Upgrade Project:
The plan was executed by implementing hardware infrastructure change and oracle database upgraded to version 9 and oracle apps to version 11.5.10.2 successfully on the new hardware platforms for the modules Oracle Financials, CRM, OM, HR & Payroll.
• Other IT Projects:
The Flight Scheduling, Flight operations & maintenance system (CAMPS) implemented and supported . Participated actively in many projects i.e. AIMS, SMS system, FBO system etc.
• Involved in the complete system development life cycle of various sytems developed in-house: HR & Payroll Infromation Management Systems, Credit Cards Maintenance System, Utility Bill Payment System, Shares management system and Fixed Asset Management System with Barcodes.
• Handled Oracle DBA responsibility(installation, configuration and maintenance etc) for two instances and system development using Oracle development tools(Developer 2000).
• Co-ordinating with other project leaders for integration with other core banking sytems(TEMINOS GLOBUS) implementation.
• Reconciliation of shares system data received from ADSM.
• Involved in the system development of core banking system “Banker - 80 Conversion Project”. It consists of Major 12 Modules and manages the transactions of 4 branches and head-office etc located at different places of UAE.
• Involved as a active team member in the development of systems:”Front office teller system”, ”Transaction Posting System”, ”Standing Orders”, ”Hold/Lien System”, ”Loan System”, “Project Management System” and “Enhancement of other modules of system”.
• Handling storage, security and design issues of application systems
• Involved in the complete system development life cycle of various sytems developed in-house: “Industrial Management Systems”, ”Y2K Conversion” and “Product Costing for FMTF using Oracle*forms 2.3 & Oracle*Report”.
• Developed a bar code system for Fujairah ceramics(subsidiary company) to lable the palates for warehouse department and integrated with existing system.
• Assisting DBA in maintaining Oracle based application systems for storage, security and design issues serving around 75 concurrent users
