Overall Operation Management of 2 facilities in Jeddah . One is a Freezer of about 20K sq. Mtr. having 10K pallet capacity.The second facility an Ambient of 12k+ sq mtr. with 9500 pallet capacity.
Full and dedicated contribution to achieve company Objectives by delivering customer services and achieving KPI targets by meeting and exceeding customer expectation.
Implementation and control of QHSE standards at all levels.
Staff training and regular disciplinary follow ups to achieve proposed training matrix.
The facilities equipped with Drive-In and Selective racking with modern handling equipment. Management and Monitoring of services like CCTV, Infor 10, HHT.
Managing Warehouse operations for Multiple customers.
Storage type maintained for Ambient, Temperature control, Chilled and Frozen.
Managing transport fleet of 30 Trucks.
Implementing QHSE policies and Procedures at work place.
Managing Warehouse Operations.
Inbound: Receiving local and foreign shipments.
Stock Keeping : Storing the Stock as per GWP.
Inventory : Keeping inventory accuracy per SKU/Location/Expiry.
Outbound : Dispatches of the Sales orders and Inter branch.
Fleet : Planning & utilisation of Contractor vehicles.
H & S : Following DHL international standards for H & S.
Worked closely with IT team during and post implementation of WMS (Warehouse Mgmt System).
Undergone Trainings for GWP, OSHAS, HACCP.
Consilidation and Circulation of Daily Cycle Counts.
Surprise Checking of loaded vehicles.Checking the checker.
Consolidation and Circulation of Expiry reports.
ABC Analysis tracking for recurring discrepancies.
Annual Inventory preperations and Stock counts.
Introduction and Implementation of Desktop Systems.
During my joining the Company had limited systems, I upgraded them all and introcuded new systems.
Novell Netware Installed for sharing the Foxpro based Accounting software.
Staff was not familier with Windows, training sessions were conducted for Windows and MS Office 4.3.
Windows workgroups introduced.
Introduction to ERP system, Business Analysis was done.
Finalisation of Oracle based ERP (ORION) done.
Installation of Windows Server, Installation of ERP.
Training on ERP, mapping system with business requirement.
Module training given to respective department staffs.
Test run conducted based on real scenario.
Go live for Orion, and Implementation of Modules like :
