Overall Operation Management of 2 facilities in Jeddah . One is a Freezer of about 20K sq. Mtr. having 10K pallet capacity.The second facility an Ambient of 12k+ sq mtr. with 9500 pallet capacity.

Staff was not familier with Windows, training sessions were conducted for Windows and MS Office 4.3.
Windows workgroups introduced.
Introduction to ERP system, Business Analysis was done.
Finalisation of Oracle based ERP (ORION) done.
