Tactics: increase accountability, ownership and the conversion to the engineering mindset.

1-utility : responsible about operating and maintaining all utilities machineries and the RO water plant production as demanded, utilities can be summed up to boilers, steam boilers, chillers, Air compressors, Air dryers and vacuum pumps,
chemicals to be added and maintained by checking the samples and reports, PM's should be applied as planned, log report should be updated daily to follow, weekends are for the off line maintenance activities and pm's,
BD's are a killer, ,

2- general maintenance where we need to provide all services. Electrical support and HVAC and sometimes it gets to any facility related issues, the secret here also is to prioritise and schedule.

Participated in SAP application and converting all the data base to the system to make the financial control over spare parts and procurements.

We are taking the initiative to execute all required improving projects internally by the team with a set plan and trying to avoid external sources support, complying with all safety and quality standards

-zoning technique is used, since the shop will be running during the project and we can not work freely
-time factor for each and every zone is the bottle neck in refit projects
-proper communication with all parties is highly required, in order to go as planned
