Responsible for create and manage new business unit for leakage activities, leaks repair contract and leakage complaints operation center of Jeddah water network (6000 km pipe line length and 1500+ leaks per month to serve 4+ million inhabitants).


• Work as the head of the department with 20 million USD Budget.
• Staff of 50 persons and more than 250 through contractors working 24/7.
• Ensures proper assistance and support are given to customer service related functions and responsible for timely resolution of all customer service issues.
• Interacts with subordinates, supervisors, customers service, other agencies to facilitate smooth system functioning.
• ensuring continuous training of employees on aspects of the systems that are relevant to their position.
• Lead the tactical and strategic development for leakage management.
• Ensure system benefit are maximized by appropriate use of the system by users.
• Recruit around 50 employees and Provide the required training for them.
