Responsible of all Jeddah water network maintenance. Delivery of all maintenance activities including: planning, organizing, directing activities with all respect of water operation, customer satisfaction and environmental regulations.
• Develop objectives to meet company requirements via continuous improvement, strategic planning and resources utilization including budget development and management.
• Leads a strategic approach to developing long range project goals and objectives.

• Staff of 50 persons and more than 250 through contractors working 24/7.
• Ensures proper assistance and support are given to customer service related functions and responsible for timely resolution of all customer service issues.

• ensuring continuous training of employees on aspects of the systems that are relevant to their position.
