Manufacturing technician (Shaped-charged technician) for perforating. Troubleshooting of explosive bay press and liner press bay. know how to change the tooling for the explosive and lines bay And how to site up the bay. Procurement of raw materials for manufacturing several variation of shaped charge. Competent in regards to hazardous Material communication & procedure. Assigned to perform mechanical Lifts during my shift Operation & handling explosives Under ATF regulations(HMX, RDX, HNS) Team motivator during daily production operation bay tech.
Maintenance Technician: (General, air frame and power plant) A&P certification (GPA 3.91 On a scale of 4.00). Working knowledge of aircraft hydraulic, mechanical, structural, and pneumatic systems. Basic knowledge of troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, routine and non-routine maintenance of aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data, and maintenance manuals. Capable of performing the following maintenance actions: bolting, torqueing, aligning, calibrating, rigging, safety wiring, and removal and replacement of aircraft components/parts, engines and flight controls. Demonstrated Ability to use and to operate hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment. Basic understanding of Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, Overhaul Manuals, Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, Illustrated Parts Catalogues, and Structural Repair Manuals. Able to consult and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine the method of repairing and replacing malfunctioning or damaged components/parts. Demonstrated ability to read, understands, and interprets: mechanical assembly, general arrangement, instrument diagrams, and engineering drawings. Fluent in Microsoft Word and Excel, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Honed my ability to perform basic electrical skills such as running electrical wire, proper soldering technique , how to utilize basic electrical formulas for basic electrical math, and the proper way to use wire diagrams
