Helping in designing/revising the HR policies and procedure when requested and on a regular basis.
*Conducting induction training for the newcomers as they feel ease before joining, distributing the employees manuals and ensure that the employees has signed a copy.
*Assist with other HR administration duties when ever needed.
* Perform administrative duties in support of the maintenance of employee records, including personnel status updates, terminations and new hires.
* Hiring procedure, announcing, prepare for the interview and exams, preparing the work offers and manage performance after hiring in probation periods.

* Complete requests for verification of employment
* Contact insurance carriers with problems and/or questions associates may have concerning claims and/or coverage.

Hospitality and customer service targeting:
*Coordinate recruitments and conduct induction/orientation session for the newcomers in the company.
*Book, confirm and allocate for staff.
*writing reports on monthly basis according to staff numbers.
*Ensure accurate staff tracking and record keeping, enhanced internal control and compliance with legal and immigration.
*Contribute for overseas staff recruitment (crew and ground staff).
Training duties:
*work with specialists to commission the development of training materials for the crew and ground staff.
*ensure statutory training requirements are met (fire prevention, first aid, and safety)
*coordinate the evaluation of training and development programmes.
*Keep up to date of development, in the field of training, including methods and opportunities.
•Coordinates and resolves customer service center issues and problems with appropriate solutions and Recreation with the departments staff;
•Tracks all time and materials on a daily basis from all Facility Operations sections
•Reviews all incoming work order requests for accuracy, investigates scope.
•Coordinate with the call services center, writing the job cards, and receive them in order to be handed over to EMCOR contractors.
•Receiving the work order and follow with the contractor, estimating the time for the work request.
• Completes various activity reports, weekly and monthly for department manager and work is evaluated through meetings, reports, and observation of results achieved.
•Communicate orally with co-workers, customers, clients, or the public in a face-to-face, one-to-one setting or using a telephone.
•Supervising and controlling EMCOR contractor according to the contracts.
•Track the material on daily basis, and recommend ordering the material with our purchasing department, help to find the resources from where we can purchase or sports products.
•Coordinate supportive services of an organization, such as recordkeeping, mail distribution, telephone operator/receptionist, and other office support services, coordinate in planning the maintenance.
•Support in identifying current and prospective staffing requirements and post advertisement both internally and externally, and screen applications.
•Assist in writing job description and prepare for interviews, calling a candidate, setting a date for interview, make examinations and interview the candidate initially.
•Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
•Coordinate temination of employment process.
•Follow with perspective line managers on current open positions and feed back on pre-selected candidates.
•Advice managers on best practices reruitmrn and selection .
•Keeping up to date with current employment legislation and ensuring that line mnagers are effectively briefed on any relevant change .
•Interrelation with liaise with other department for their reruitment needs .
* Performance appraisal: carry out performance appraisal to subordinates according to planned schedule in coordination with other line managers to evaluate employees analytically built on factors, targets, key accountabilities, and suggest actions and solutions, suggest plan for poor performance employees
*Compensation & Benefits: maintaining human resources records of an organization employee such as personal data, compensation and benefits, attendance, performance review or evaluation termination date and reason, and bemifts such as health and life insurance, preparing reports, record data for use
*Assisting in hiring process for all vacant positions, this includes developing and writing vacancy announcements
*assisting and coordinating of writing the job description identifying what a job entails, the nature of the work, responsibilities, tasks, performance measurement, accountability
*measuring and monitoring performance at work according the daily flights reports from the supervisors during the flight and operations in kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other destinations .
*Preparing offers of employment that will detail the rate of pay and any specific terms
*Working to tight deadlines and dealing with changing priorities
