Attending the FAT at the factory's for the inspection of main materials like generators, MDB'S, MCC, ATS, MTS, GEN - SET's & BATTRY CHARGERS etc.
Inspecting the Testing & Commissioning of the whole building after the completion of all Low voltage & Low Current systems in the project before giving the PAC.

 Supervision of complete 132KV, 380KV Substations mentioned above for the equipments like GIS, Power Transformers, Switchgears, Fault recorders, control & protection Panels, Earthing & lightning systems for all main equipments used on project.
 Reporting to the Project Manager & Project Director, by means of project installations, designing, Testing & Commissioning, RFQ as per the site needs.
 Attending the QA/QC inspection with the consultant for the various purposes like approvals for the shop drawings, inspection on site, inspection of equipments before installation & after installation, creating invoices.
 Participating in the designing with the design team to cut shot the things which compile all requirements as per client & following the appropriate standards which will help in execution of the project.
 Making RFQ for the needs of the project, following the technical data sheets, schedule C & PTS to purchase both national & international materials & equipments from the suppliers, manufacturers by means of Purchase Orders (PO), continues follow up with the vendors & logistic teams for the dispatch & delivery of material till it reaches the site. Preparing the PO terms i.e. commercially & technically as per Company/Client needs & attending the FAT for the main equipments.
 Completing all punch list & all things as per the contract within the time frame & till shutdown and following with the ended project from the date of PAC till FAC.

Project executed in this company - 132kv S/S ISKAN Al Hishma S/S, 132Kv HAIL UNIVERSITY S/S, 132 KV BANI AL NAJJAR S/S.
Job Responsibilities includes:

•Experience in installation and commissioning of high voltage substations (primary equipment, cable systems, protection and auxiliary power, etc)
•Direct Reporting to the project manager & Project Director for successful coordination of Engineering from concept through design, procurement, manufacturing, installation and commissioning in High Voltage Substations.
•Managing a network of technical specialists in order to realize customer specific solutions. Coordinating the Engineering disciplines and the cooperation with involved Engineering units from abroad.
•Performing quality control for engineering deliverables prior to transmittal. Supporting execution of the project within the defined requirements (e.g. budget, time, functionality).
•Monitoring the project for nonconformance (costs, deadlines, quality) and appropriate countermeasures.
•Strong understanding of Contracts and ability to read and understand all technical Scope, Terms and Conditions .Strong computer skills (multiple engineering design and document control software).
•Coordinating, reviewing and distributing Submittals and RFI’s.Knowledge in the building codes, IEEE, AISC and ASCE standards related to the design of High Voltage Substations.

•Reading the contract drawings and making the shop drawing according to the client, NEC, IEC, BC& Royal commission standards & Preparation & submission of submittals & OMM(when closing the project) for approval.
•Worked for QA/QC for the projects.
•Making Monthly invoicing and getting approval from the client/ Consultant.
•Participating in the Testing & Commissioning & completion of all Punch List as per the project needs.
•Participating in all MEP Works to avoid any delay and coordinate with other branches of MEP to move the work smooth.
