Corrective and preventive field maintenance, Prepare MDT/TCN documents and request on system for any activity on the network.

Management of changes to the network, Installation and upgrades of equipment, Prepare HO5 documents and managing the inspection Process up to on-air status. Following up until MC, PAC and FAC "certificates".
Approval for EIRs for datacenters and GSM sites after conducting needed survey on the sites to match customer standards.
Reporting all deficiencies in Switching, data centers, exchanges such as hotspot areas, violations…etc and supervise the clearance.
Preparation of monthly reports to both, Vendor and customer sides.
Responsible for maintaining the data base for all E&M sides
Responsible for maintaining Technical building for All E&M sides
Working as a Region manager for GSM Sites and also Area Manager for Data center
