Legal department supervisor.
After less than one year at CMA CGM, I took charge of all legal matters related to two countries, Egypt and Sudan, reporting to Head Office in France. I successfully hold the following responsibilities: Corporate, compliance, risk and strategy management, and claims.
Legal team leader.
Senior legal officer.
I handled corporate and commercial matters, mostly Joint Venture, franchise, and construction matters. I still cooperate with the firm on remote work basis.
• Assisted attorneys and associates in drafting and translating agreements and briefs; finalized administrative court proceedings.
• Gather litigation precedents and relevant statutory texts.
