 Managing daily activities for plant operations as well as organizing the schedule routine.
 Overseeing employees, production and efficiency, to make sure the plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely.
 Managing a multi-disciplinary team of multinational workers achieve daily production goals.
 Training and guiding workers to meet performance standards and sustain high-performance work teams.
 Achieving production objectives by determining resource requirements, work allocation and production deadlines.
 Maintain monthly schedule and daily maintenance of equipment such as air compressor, calibration and maintenance, fire pump, Genset, weigh bridge, etc.
 Actively participating in DCL Audit and maintaining/ensuring proper DCL requirements at b/plant and software.
 Creating and implementing the overall plant policies and procedures to ensure/maintain effective operations.
 Ensuring and maintaining plant compliance with company policies and government regulations.
 Maintaining work area clean, safe and organized for workers to reduce workers compensation claims and keep efficiency high.
 Meeting and maintaining quality and production standards by optimizing plant operations.
 Meeting production requirements in a timely, cost-effective manner by scheduling & supervising plant operations
 Preparing and supporting employee requirements (i.e. incentives, attendance regularization, leave, leave resumption, etc.).
 Preparing Waste management report to meet internal, state, and federal reporting requirements.
 Preventing machine downtime by scheduling routine inspection and maintenance of plant operations.
 Reviewing current manpower resources, forecasting future requirements and availability, and taking steps to ensure that the supply of people and skills meets demand.
 Streamlining the production process by ensuring materials, supplies and equipment are readily and continuously available for workers.
