•Ensure product license applications and procedures are in compliance as per the licensors requirements
•Perform quality assurance check on tools and equipment before dispatching to customer location

•Ensure the verification of work orders and the Inspection reports and COC to release the product.

•Report non-conformities to the QA/QC Supervisor/ Manager.
•Ensure the identification and traceability of products remain and shall be maintained at each level of operations as well as the inspection status of products shall be maintained at all times.

•Monitoring and examining each stage of production.
•Familiar with API 7-1, API 7-2, API 5CT, and API Q1, API Q2, as well relevant standards Quality management system.
•Ensuring that all testing is performed to the highest standards.
•Monitoring all inspection and testing equipment to ensure current and valid calibration.
•Writing up evaluations and assessments.
•Preparing all the quality documents like Dimensional Data sheets and C.O.C
•Preparing all products inspection sheets and documents
•Maintaining the all Instrument calibration & record
•Maintaining and updating all of documents, producer and drawing
•Preparing and Check documentation for outgoing shipment
•Inspection & issuing release note for all raw materials and forged bodies
•Inspection all types of Outsource parts, like turning milling grinding etc.
•Inspection all tool and parts in-process, finished Rental tools, and/or purchased Rental tool materials for conformance to specifications.
•Inspection of quality of outgoing final products, without affection the lead completion time required by the customer
•Report non-conformities to the QA/QC Supervisor/ Manager.
•Conducting quality audits and surveys.
