DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Post-Contract Project Duties:
* Preparing a n d submitting detailed progress reports and interim payment & pricing reports
with all related documents.
* Quantity take-off from all kind of drawings.
* Preparing Bill of Quantities from the above
* Coordinating with the Commercial Manager provide contractual advise in the evaluation of
Interim and Final Payment Certificates.
* Daily site visit, monitor & Measure the progress for site activities with internal schedule / Look
ahead reporting the site issues & lack of resources in site activities to planning department cum
Project management.
* Preparing and submitting daily and weekly reports
* Measuring and valuing Variations
* Reviewing all contract documents to ensure congruity and to minimize patent and latent
ambiguities. And preparing all related documents for Pre -qualification for contract and
controlling Vendor data base.
* Ensuring the validity of invoice cost breakdown (Design, Materials and Labor) to be entered
and creating the Release Purchase Orders (POs)
* Estimate, Process Sub Contractors billing a supporting calculation on Correctness is actual
accomplished on Site
* Pricing in tender stage for Civil and Interior Fit out, MEP works and Cost breakdown for
* (Manholes, chambers, pipe lying, soak away, septic tank & all related externalworks.)
* Sending Request for Proposals (RFP’s) and Request for Quotations (RFQ’s) for All Works
* Preparing Price comparison for suppliers & sub-contractors.
* Finagling the project cost with sub-contractor, and preparing agreement between first and
second party
* Evaluated Sub-Contractor’s variations.
