Inspected and witnessed testing of Isolation valves, Control valves, Safety/Relief, and Pressure Vacuum Relief Valves as per applicable standards, including visual inspection, hydrostatic/pneumatic/seat leakage testing, verification against approved drawings and datasheets, actuator mounting, stroke checks, and functional testing.
Reviewed, approved and maintained inspection reports, quality records, and issued NCRs for non-conformities in coordination with clients, third-party inspectors, and engineering teams.
Maintained permanent and progressive inspection records and prepared detailed technical inspection reports based on equipment condition.
Ensured full compliance with project HSE policies and site safety requirements during all inspection activities.

Conducted dimensional, fit-up, and visual inspection of pipe spools, nozzles, structural assemblies, and weld joints in accordance with project drawings, WPS requirements, and applicable codes/standards.
 Managed the selection, storage, and handling of welding consumables in accordance with ASME Section II-C, applicable codes, and manufacturer requirements.
 Performed incoming material inspections, reviewed MTCs and verified heat number traceability.
 Witnessed and documented welder qualification tests according to ASME Section IX.
 Checking of Welding Machines, ovens & quivers calibration date.
 Reviewing welders/welding operator’s qualification reports and verifying WPS, PQR and WQT.
 Reviewed and interpreted NDT reports (RT, UT, MPI, PT) and ensured traceability of welds.
 Preparing job clearance card (JCC) for welding operator.
 Ensured all inspections and tests were performed as per approved ITP and QCP.
 Coordinated with QA/QC, NDT and client representatives for inspection hold and witness points.
 Identify repair and re-inspect with NDT after re-welding the joints.
