تم تعيني بوزارة الكهرباء والماء اعتبارا من تاريخ 17/04/1988 بوظيفة سكرتير تنفيذي ، حيث كانت الأعمال التي أقوم بها عبارة عن استقبال الرسائل الواردة وتسجيليها وأيضا طباعة الرسائل الصادرة وتسجيلها وحفظها مع عملية الفرز اللازمة حيث كل مشروع أو موضوع في ملف خاص وبرقم خاص ، وأيضا استقبال المواطنين المراجعين للإدارة التي أعمل بها وتذليل كافة الصعوبات التي تواجههم مع طباعة كافة النماذج الخاصة بالموظفين مثل ( عمل شهادات لمن يهمه الأمر - شهادات خبرة - شهادات راتب - تجديد اقامة - التنبيه قبل انتهاء صلاحية جواز السفر ................ الخ ) ، هذا وقد استمر عملي في الوزارة حتى تاريخ 01/10/1998.
