1- I was in charge of completing the Production machines’ line by dealing with manufacturer for machines installation and commissioning, I got also trainings about how to install, commissioning, maintain and operate the machines. 2- Good knowledge about all requirements of machines such as (Lubricants, Spare parts, tools and Max/Min quantities of raw material it can be waste by machines or to reach to desired quantity of products/hour. 3- I was In Charge to recording all company's Machines, Equipment, RAW material with full technical details of each item and the production capacity on AD Economy online system and follow up updates. 4- Good Negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills with supplier and multi services companies. 5- Creating (AVL) Approved Vendor List. 6- Creating Vendor Certificate for suppliers / Manufacturers that we deal with. 7- Reducing expenses of buying materials. 8- I was in charge for selling waste material such as (Cardboard, Crushed plastics and waste wooden pallets), and use their incomes to cover other expenses such as rental of general waste company, delivery charges, etc. 9- I was also responsible about custom clearance, custom exemption (If available) and tracking shipments from supplier to the identified location in warehouse. 10- Updating the time of the purchasing orders after every inventory process in warehouses/ stores of Materials (According to needed). 11- Evaluating, enhancement the performance for Receiving process of materials and recording every process in the system. 12- Checking the quality of materials before dealing with QC Department. 13- Checking spare parts, consumer parts and tools that the Engineering Department need it weekly or monthly. 14- Buying all disposable items, Detergent materials and cleaning tools & Supplies are required from Housekeeping Department. 15- Experiences in Packaging materials such as (Cardboard, Plastic rolls, labels, leaflets, etc.). 16- Experience in Plastic injection molds and blowing molds.

1- Emirates Eye was in charge about buying a complete production line of IV solution PP.P (Poly Propylene Plastic Bottles) for (BOUNAMID for Medical Supplies) Project and now is name (MEDISAL Pharmaceuticals Industries LLC).
2- Checking, planning and evaluating working performance of each machine inside workshop of manufacturer before purchasing process.
3- Following up manufacturing and collecting machines from deferent manufacturers (international / local manufacturers).
4- Buying the main steel frame of plant, sandwich panel of clean rooms and following up installation with the international contracting company.
5- Buying all building materials needed in the project’s site.
6- Dealing with contractor and sub-contractor companies for all civil works in the project’s site.
7- Following up day to day everything in the project’s site.
8- Following up the tasks schedule of civil works with engineers of contractor& Sub-contractor Company.
9- Designing Logos and Official Paper for Each company of (Emirates Eye Marketing and BOUNAMID for Medical Supplies).
10- Editing and adding details on Layouts of BOUNAMID Plant by AUTOCAD.
