🔹 Developing estimation sheets in Excel with structured breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment.
🔹 Implementing best practices to enhance estimation accuracy and efficiency.

Reviewing the RFQ’s received from Clients and conducting Site Visit.
 Working with Estimation team to provide the best quote to get the job.
 Preparation of both Technical and Commercial Proposal separately as per the Client requirement.
 Uploading the proposal on the Various Client Portals.
 Attending KOM at the start of the Project.
 Making sure all the required trades of Manpower available and required Client trainings/interview is conducted for the Manpower (Ex: WPR, Standby Man, Fire watch, Safety Officer, QC Inspectors, riggers)
 Working with the designing team and Clients Project Engineer for the approval of 90% DEP and IFC drawings.
 Raising of TQ if any Required Material or Design is not possible to get as per the site Condition.
 Sending of MAR for Material approval to client as per the Project specification and standards.
 Purchasing of Material as per the approved MAR from the Client’s approved AVL listed supplier.
 Preparation of FAT and SAT report.
 Preparation of ITP and PQP as per the project SOW and getting it approved.
 Performing Material Receiving Inspection, Inspecting IR Test for the Cables.
 Raising RFI as per the Inspection test Plan.
 Cable laying through Trench, Cable tray, and Conduits as per the approved Cable Conduit Schedule.
 Installation of JB and Power Distribution panels with Glanding and termination in both Classified and Non-Classified areas
 Installation of Lightings, Sensors, Guages, Transmitters, Switches, grounding.
 Closing of Punch points after the PSSR is conducted.
 Preparation of Redline drawing and getting it approved so that designing team can prepare the As-Built drawing for submission.
 Preparation of QC dossier after the completion of project
 Getting the Mile stone Certificate Signed by Client on every stage. And submission of invoice.
 Submitting of SES received from client to the Finance department.
 Training the subordinates and Saudi Employees so that a good team can be formed
