import container lifecycle from vessel arrival to final delivery (gate-out)
Execute daily Dubai Trade import operations, including manifest handling, job creation, and document processing
Process Delivery Orders (DO) and coordinate approvals for smooth cargo release
Manage Bill of Lading (MBL/OBL) verification, tracking, and documentation accuracy
Coordinate with shipping lines such as MSC, Maersk, CMA CGM, ONE, Evergreen, Yang Ming, HMM, OOCL,
COSCO, Sinokor, ESL, VOLTA, TS LINES
Monitor container status using Shipping Line, Vessel, DP World and Excel tracking sheets for real-time visibility
Control and minimize demurrage and storage charges through proactive free-time monitoring
Coordinate with transport teams, and customers for timely container pickup and delivery
Resolve import issues such as DO delays, documentation discrepancies, and arrival exceptions
Ensure compliance with UAE import procedures, shipping line SOPs, and port regulations
