• Implementing the company Standards for Design Department supervising the Technical Team in
The preparation of Schematic Design, Detailed Design and Issue for construction drawings, for Villas, High rise
residential and commercial buildings, Amenity buildings Etc.
Accountable for the smooth functioning of the department and to ensure all Technical
Procedures, documentation and standards are followed on a regular basis.
• Managing and Guiding the Junior Architects / Engineers for the preparation of SD, DD, IFC,
based Design ensure of all the details required for construction. Accountable for the IFC drawing
program and relevant coordination as well as ensuring the project delivery as per program.
• Working on the Space planning in line with the similar area concept design in coordination with the HO
The concept design team to feed the BIM team with the design direction to proceed with SD, DD, IFC.
• Assigning projects for the Bim Architects / Engineers, Monitoring the preparation of Working Drawings with
sufficient construction details (Project wide general supervision) for Head office approval. Accountable for
Managing, supporting and guiding the staff on all aspects of drawing preparation in BIM and
maintaining a high quality in the drawings.
• Monitoring the preparation of different types of schedules which are required for different kinds of projects (Doors,
Wardrobe, Kitchen, Vanity etc.) Accountable for following the correct formats based on project
requirement.
• Giving input on developing the details to make the project cost effective, preparing the sketches for the
preparation of the IFC drawings. Responsible for the cost-effective and easiest construction
methodology based on the company standard details.
• Managing and guiding the preparation of technical drawings for ID with proper MEP, Façade, structure
Coordination along with Head office team. Responsible to the coordination is done properly so
that no rework or mistakes happen on site.
• Randomly checking the drawings before issuing them to the Head office team. Giving expert judgement to the staff
involved in preparation for the IFC in coordination with Head office team leaders. Responsible for the correctness
of the IFC drawings prepared by the team
• Having Regular meetings, discussion and correspondence with head of office Team leads or managers regarding
the unresolved details and design issues. Responsible for clearing the issues with proper guidance.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the Design and Construction works.
• Act as design ambassador for all assigned projects/properties by articulating, orchestrating and realizing design goals of each project.
• Guide and assist of the selection of design consultant teams through initial outreach, RFPs, award and contract execution, and contract
administration.
• Manage internal collaborative design reviews.
• Collaborate with design, development and construction teams on design strategy, schedule, budgets and execution.
• Review and comment on design related deliverables.
• Assist in the development and implementation of design guidelines for the projects.

• Raise Non-Compliance Report (NCR) and Site Observation report (SOR) if found contractor did comply with the approved material, Shop drawing &
