As per the deadline work with the Hiring Manager, understand the requirement and source the resumes with the best resources available like -job Portals, networking, references and using the Head Hunting.
Evaluate the candidate based on the requirement available and experienced gained in the industry.
Responsible for end to end recruitment (offshore/onsite) within the stipulated aggressive timelines and building the talent pipeline for the business to achieve the hiring targets for the LOB within the standard timelines at optimal price point.
Involved in Hiring process/policy formulation & creating best practices.

Plan the sourcing resources based on the business projection and review the same from time to time to ensure the internal resources are utilized and action for additional resources are taken timely in order to ensure the manpower plan is met as per the business need.

Preparing Monthly & Quarterly Recruitment Plan for Project-based & Skill-based recruitment and getting the buy-in from business.
Drive the hiring process in a high-volume / time-sensitive environment, working directly with Line managers and managing candidates through the process to have them placed on assignments

Talent Engagement
Partnering with business & providing strategic solutions using HR concepts, frameworks and tools.
