Designation : Parts In-charge (Western Region) Job Profile:  Control and operate the Regional Parts Dept. to ensure customer satisfaction. Operate the Department to manufactures' standards. Supervise the warehouse stuf. Responsibilities :  Sell aftermarket products to dealership customers  Work with vendors to ensure good pricing and service  Understand and accommodate the short/mid/long term requirements of the aftersales departments.  Identify and contact new manufactures and vendors. Mohammed Saif Ullah Khan  Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels.  Ensures all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order  Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all parts department staf.  Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the parts department.  Maintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, body shop, wholesale accounts  Monitors and adjusts inventory to minimize obsolescence.  Ensures that all parts are properly tagged so that the dealership recovers full credit from the factory.  Works with the service manager and body shop manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs.  Attends managers meetings & Holds weekly department meetings.  Provides technical assistance to parts department employees  Handles customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines.  Supervises custodians to ensure that work area is kept clean.  Enforces safety requirements, including but not limited to forklift training and operation  Maintains professional appearance.  Other duties as assigned.
