Assisting to Broker Relationship Manager.
Supervising and controlling Broker Channel.
Creating the requirements in database for the Quotation requests
Coordination between the brokers and Under Writing Departments (General, Motor, Medical & Life).
Coordination with all servicing team regarding policy issuance.
Updating the brokers regarding the progress of policy issuance.
Maintaining the record of the Quotation issued on daily basis.
Generating necessary reports requested by manager.
Preparing monthly brokers sales report and presentation
Reporting department progress to HOC of the company.
Processing claim requests (Life, Pensions and Investments)
Validation of claim documents
Verifying the Policies
Performing Anti-Money Laundering check
Issuing correspondences to clients
Cross checking all transactions after completion of processing
Performing Quality checks of team tasks
Communicating with onshore team
Assisting manager in team activities
Processing payment requests.
Validation of payment documents
Issuing payments to clients.
Cross checking all transactions after completion of processing
