. Develop Global standards, policies, procedures & forms for TASNEE Corporate EHSS function and provide a plan to implement the same within all the affiliates of the Organization.
· Develop Global Health Profile for all the affiliates of the TASNEE organization by interpreting and analyzing the data received from all the sites.
· Develop Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Medical & Occupational Health Reports for all the affiliates in the TASNEE Organization.
· Develop and implement audit checklist for Corporate EHSS to incorporate in the upcoming audits across all the affiliates of the organization.
· Manage the Medical & Life Insurance for all the members of the Organization in KSA.
· Develop Medical & Life Insurance Loss Ratio by coordinating with the Insurance Provider and the Broker using the data received from the service providers.
· Develop quarterly reports to indicate the high number of insurance users, any particular high costs related to the treatment and try to highlight the members who are abusing the medical insurance provided the company.
· Provide information on Medical Insurance relevance by preparing charts, graphs, and presentations
· Drive and monitor Audits of the company according to the Audit Program and Quality Management System (QMS - ISO 9001) & Environmental Management System (EMS - ISO 14001) standards.
· Coordinate, follow and monitor the completion of audits within the organization from its planning to the nonconformance/Corrective-Preventive action’s closure with respect to the QMS & EMS Procedure.
· Promote opportunities for improvement within the organization using the results of Audits for all QMS & EMS processes.
· Analyze audit reports; make recommendations that are usable and workable for auditees and the Quality Management Team.
· Development of models and spreadsheets to further enhance reporting capabilities
· Ensuring all data into the business is reliable and accurate, via a variety of reporting methods.
· Develop new and maintain existing reports and dashboards required by the EHSS Team using tools/software’s such as Sharepoint.
