Role and Responsibilities

• Resolve daily issues and monthly closure issues related to AR, AP, GL, FA, EPM, Inventory, Procurement, Sales Order and Work Order modules, reconcile out of balance ledger accounts.
• Carry out the Business Analysis and develop the AS-IS and the TO-BE Process Documentation.
• Provide JDE Standard Solutions or Customized Alternatives to address the company’s business objective.
• Development of Applications, Reports and BSSV, carrying out testing before being rolled out to the production environment.
• Coordinate with On-shore and Off-Shore Partner Consultants and provide them with Functional and Technical Specifications for development enhancements to be carried out within JDE or using third party software like SharePoint.
• Coordinate and Supervise External consultants during upgrades to ensure uninterrupted and smooth transition from the current release to the new upgraded release.
• Setup Role Based Security and segregation on duties within JDE, complying with the company’s policies.
•Create users, roles, menus, application and report versions.
• Providing MIS reports as and when required.
• Coordinate and assist other fellow JDE consultants in other modules and their interaction with JDE.
• Provide End User Training and creating process documentation of new enhancements.
• Create Update Packages and apply ESU’s as and when required.

Project Description: The objective of the system is to lower production time of the equipment by computerizing the work order acceptance, preparation of manufacturing Bill of Materials, enquiry/purchase order generation. The system also facilitates issuing of material to work orders. The system keeps track of progress (deviation from plan) of each work order, skilled manpower utilization and material costs.
