• Provide and design reports of production plan implementation on plants from ERP system to higher management.
• Provide and design reports of orders information for plants managements about products and its details from ERP
system.
• Team leader and support for Oracle Employees on plants.
• Supervision and functional support for plants manufacturing and warehouses in organization.
• Data matrix and define responsibilities.
• Technical support (report and screen) customized with the IT department.
• (ERP) Personal validation.
• Initializing and setup on ERP (Items definition, Formulator setup, recipes, routing and support for dispensing and pre-weigh operation).

• Supervise of all steps of pharmaceutical manufacturing (receiving raw materials, weighing, until to get semi-finished product)
• Employees training on SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures).
• Supervise on all procedures to get embedded quality.
• Supervise on all manufacturing process and implemented with daily plan.
• Bachelor’s degree, Information Technology, from Al Balqa Applied University, Sep 2003, Amman – Jordan.
