● Responsible for handling terms and agreement of material warranty.
● Handle the tasks of developing key strategy for procurement that meets the procurement compliance standard.
● Responsible for preparing PO & oversee the entire ordering process, from initial requisition to final delivery, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
● Coordinating meetings to discuss project requirements and scope of work with the various departments.
● Serve as the point of contact between engineering departments and suppliers to clarify technical specifications or resolve issues.
● Spearhead the development and implementation of best-practice procurement procedures and policies.
● Oversee supplier performance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and project standards.
● Assist the VP (Project Control) in developing the overall procurement strategy and provide regular reports on procurement activities and performance.
● Supervising lower-level employees as required.

• Issuing work orders and scheduling work to the sub-contractors.
• Inspecting the work in progress performed by sub-contractors on assigned construction projects.
• Communicating on-going work schedules and project progress with requesting departments.
• Supervising lower level employees as required.
• Performing other related duties as assigned

* Preparing the Hourly Monitoring and Daily Efficiency reports.

* Checking the drawings of the various components of the Injection mold.
* Inspecting the Molds after Machining.
* Checking the drawings of the various sparking electrodes.
* Inspecting the Electrodes for EDM Sparking.
* Preparing the Inspection reports.
