Responsibilities:
- Prepares project brief, conceptual design of various types of projects and work with other team members to prepare the architectural construction drawings and documents.
- Prepares technical reports, progress reports, special studies and cost estimates for the projects.
- Participates equitably in the development and implementation of the Division/project goals and objectives.
- Coordinates architectural design efforts with civil and MEP design and systems.
- Prepares tender analysis report and negotiate with contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing design concept and assist in projects B.O.Q. for tendering.
- Prepare information regarding design, perform zoning research, specifications, materials and equipment
- Reviewing of submitted shop drawings.
- Supervising work on site to make sure the design concept/tender documents are being followed.
- Reviewing contractor payments and utility bills, monitoring project budget and schedule.
- Working in energy saving projects to help fulfill the client’s vision for sustainability and to obtain LEED certification.
- Reviewing of as-built submitted from contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Developing initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in detail with clients (the brief).
- Advise client on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination
- Sourcing products, e.g. fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes and decoration, and providing samples for clients.
- Considering materials and costs according to set budgets, and negotiating project fees.
- Working in a team with other designers/engineers to fulfill clients’ needs.
- Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Responsibilities:
- Make sure that the activities in inspections are in accordance with approved shop drawings, method statement (MS), QA/QC procedures and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
- Verify that all test results are matching the contract documents.
- Monitoring site activities to make sure contract documents, specifications are followed and approved materials are used.
- Report of non-complying with Drawings, Specifications and Contract Document through Non Compliance Record (NCR).
- Site Safety Inspections and coordinate with the Safety Officer to assure Project Safety Plan (PSP) is followed and Risk Assessment is submitted and reviewed.
- Prepare of Weekly and Monthly Reports for QA/QC, Safety and report them to the Resident Engineer.
Responsibilities:
-Meeting with clients and preparing proposals.
-Assists in conducting preliminary studies of proposed projects to obtain information as to space and design requirements, obtaining measurements and making sketches preliminary to the preparation of drawing.
-Preparing Architectural Drawings and Shop Drawings.
-Follow-up with Abu Dhabi Municipality.
