2. Responsible for Techno-Commercial negotiations with Client - MOTC (Director General of Roads, DGR), Engineer and Cost Consultants in finalizing variations
3. Responsible for appraisal of claims for change in legislation, change in specifications and insurances.
4.Assisting claims team in the preparation of delay disruption claims.
5.Responsible for Analysis of Cost Over Run and reporting same to Commercial Manager
6.Preparation of LCR(Leighton’s Construction Report), Cost Accruals, CVR (Cost Value Report)
7.Responsible for assisting PCM with Risk and Opportunity Analysis (R & O).
8.Procurement advice and assistance during the Construction phase to suit the planned budget and the requirements in accordance with project nature
9.Interfacing with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Legal and Risk Department
