• Perform monitoring and 1st level troubleshooting for Huawei equipment in MSD Operations.
• Proactively/Reactively isolate problems using Network Management Tool.
• Perform other surveillance duties including but not limited to: Alarm Handling, Trouble Ticket creation/closure, Escalation(s), Customer Interface etc.
• Provide surveillance support within the Fault Management team, and coordinate for the prompt resolution of faults.
• Analyzing faults and notifies cross functional support teams for the resolution if 1st level fix cannot be done.
• Direct interface with internal groups.
• Providing Technical supports and guidance to Onsite Engineers and Field Personnel as per the requirements.
• Track progress of ongoing maintenance activities.
• Co-ordinate change activities out of normal business hours.
• Perform BSC Heath checkup proactively.
• Monitoring faults generated by various 2G/3G/4G RAN and Radio Transmission equipment in the Network.
• Analyze the fault and provide L1 troubleshoots for the faults in different PDH and SDH Network.
• Handling the issues related to RAN equipment and Transmission media by co-ordinating with Field Engineers to provide technical solution.
• As per requirement configure logical port and cross connections, Rerouting and Providing Protection to the site during outage.
