Masdar Al hayat for food industry is a manufacturing of Bakery food ( Tortilla, Milk bread, hotdog bread, burger bun, Layer Cake, Cup cake, Mamoul biscuits and Tetra Pack.
Job Responsibilities:-
*Hands on good experience in electrical and electronic equipments for install, maintain and repair.
*Troubleshoot electrical motor controls such as D-O-L starter, Soft starter, Reverse forward
starter and Star to Delta starter.
*Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical system to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
*Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problem, using specialized tools and equipments
*Repair or replace faulty components and parts such as Switches, Fuses, Breakers, Relays, Contactors, SMPS and Transformers.
*Follow up the outside vendor for repairing and fabrication work and make gate pass and keep records.
*Install or replace faulty components such as Sensors, Solenoid Valve, Temperature control, Pressure Guage, Ammeter and voltmeter
*Troubleshoot and commissioning of Variable frequency drive (VFD).
*Troubleshoot induction motors and Servo motor by Checking continuety and mechanical repair.
*Collaborate with engineers and other technician to design and implement electrical system for new projects.
*Maintain accurate records of Preventive, predictive and Breakdown maintenance and repair work performed.
*Check, inspects all electrical parts/equipment in the whole plant, Report all abnormalities observed.
*Using testing device such as voltmeter, Ammeter to test the continuety of the circuit in electrical wiring and equipment, ensuring system safety and compability.
*Follow up the store spare parts and purchasing department for parts request.
*Basic PLC programming and inputs/outputs
*Operate and Maintenance of Steam Boiler, Routine checkups, PM scheduling and Troubleshooting.
*Air compressor Operate and Maintenance, Routine checkups and Maintaining log sheets, conduct PM and troubleshooting.
*Operate chiller plant and Maintaining log sheets, conduct PM of chillers, Cooling towers, AHU's FCU's and AC
*water pumps and motor maintenance
*Operate and Basic troubleshooting of Co2 and Ammonia and glycole plant.
*installing, Troubleshooting and Maintenance and repairing all utility components in production lines.
*Taking ownership of customer issue reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
*Following standard procedures for proper equipment’s manual to solve electrical issues ASAP.
*Build and maintain successful good relationships with consumers.
*Troubleshoot electrical Controls LT panel, Distribution board, Lighting Panels etc.
*Repair install electrical equipment such as Socket, plugs, Motors, lighting Balance, FCU's, AC, Diesel generator and power distribution lines.
