► Formulated a multinational, financially sound strategy to exploit the opportunity for establishing Hajj financing & saving scheme.
► Undertook a study on awqaf entities of selected countries with an intention of exploring the opportunities to improve the productivity and efficiency of assets of the awqaf entities.
► Prepared Concept papers on REITs and Hotel Management School.
► Prepared Teasers / broachers as the marketing tool to investments in foreign real estate and assisted in purchasing /acquiring of foreign companies (share capital).
