• Develops Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the assigned region.
• Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region.

• Ensure that subordinates achieve and surpass their daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly sales objectives by assigning daily sales targets and key indicators and take appropriate action.
• Daily route ride with subordinates in order to monitor their implementation of the company’s policies and standards pertaining to sales & merchandising.
• Implement and update the route and journey frequency plan cost effectively to achieve 100% coverage of all outlets.
• Ensure that all products are merchandised and displayed routinely during the sales visit.
• Issue the point of sales materials to subordinates and ensure that they are well placed and maintained.
• Assist management in the collection of all due accounts and grant no credit unless proper approval is received .Handle customer’s complaints in positive & effective manners
