• To study design drawing for any discrepancy and raise RFI.
• Preparing MAS and Drawing schedule for weekly progress meeting with the main contractor considering overall completion of the project.
• Shop drawings preparation for A/C equipment’s and accessories installation.
• Preparation of the detailed material quantities requirement based on the approved shop drawings.
• Floating enquires for major HVAC equipment and preparation of techno commercial comparison for higher management approval.
• Chilled water pipe design and pump head calculation, selection of chilled water pumps and other HVAC equipment’s.
• Duct system design, supervision, duct fabrication and installation of the ductwork following DW / 144 specifications.
• Site supervision of all Air-conditioning works including inspection approval from consultant for executed works.
• Responsible for preparation variation and monthly billing for executed works.
• Ensure the safe and efficient working environment to monitor plant and equipment requirements and ensure that productivity & quality maintained by the subordinates.
• Maintain proper documentation and control of drawings used at site.
• Preparation of As Built drawing in co-ordination with supervisor and draughtsman.
• Preparation of operation and maintenance manual.
• Testing/Commissioning of HVAC equipment’s attending snag and handover of project to end user.

Projects execution includes the following HVAC equipment installation.
● Centrifugal Chiller and cooling tower 1200 TR.
● Primary and Secondary chilled water pumps.
● Condenser water pump.
● Automatic 3 D Tracer chemical dosing system.
● Hot Tapping works.
● Pre-insulated chilled water pipe works.
● Piping works including Radio graphic test for chilled water pipes
● Air handling units 18nos.
● Variable air volume units (120nos VAV’s).
● Carbon Filters.
● Extract Fans 37nos.
● Fresh Air Fans 22nos.
● Fan coil units (Ducted 6nos and Decorative type 66 no’s).
● Building Management System.
● Floating Floor.
● Acoustic Wall & Ceiling Lining.
