-Plan the capacity and design racking layouts for the new stores and enhancing the capacity and racking layouts for the current stores to reach the maximum storage capacity.
-Recommend improvements to departmental policy and direct the implementation of procedure, develop and implement warehousing plans and procedures in order to ensure the provision of goods and services that support the achievement of overall business objectives.
-Control and manage store expenses, checking payments invoices and approvals, arranging petty cash imp rest for storekeepers & keeping the record of store expenses by plant.
-Monitoring and executing of following jobs from and with the subordinates.
-Training of new employees, arranging manual for storekeeper, IM transactions, assets usage & there maintains, provide technical training to the store keepers and new employees as per requirement.
-Continuously monitor the performance and activities of the warehouse through the use of KPI, with a primary focus on cost controls.
-Keeping record of inventories & follow with storekeeper for justifications & account for adjustment.
-Conduct regular quarterly stock takings in all stores to ensure stock accuracy and that all deviations.
-Provide regular required statistical reports (monthly sales survey, weekly reports, frees space and current stock report, KPI, etc.)
-Daily check-up of stores transactions in system (transit, Open OBDs, etc. for the cities under responsibility)

-Initiate and follow up PRs in SAP for All warehousing Dept. including stores all over the kingdom (Stores rents, new assets, vehicles rent, etc. and follow up until finalizing
-Participate in the hiring process of new warehouse employees
Daily Operations:

-FOR INCOMING MATERIAL:-
•Receiving material from supplier as per PO & PR.
•Receiving material in system and informing concern departments.
•Forwarding posted documents (SRV & SRI with suppliers DO/ Invoice) to purchase.
•Arranging all posted material in stores at locations with item traceability
•Issue material to Production based on transfer orders.
•Ensure Material Transfer order for RM, Consumables & Sub-contractors Material, and SRV & SRI for Local
•Purchase and SRV for Imports material.
•Follow up with purchase for Missing Documents, for amendments in PO, for Excess /Short Supply material, for Rejected & Replacement material.

-FOR OUTGOING MATERIAL:
•Receiving FGCN from production and transferring goods in FG stores.
•Receiving FG Dispatch schedule from Production Planner for Service Box & from Techno Commercial Department
•for Switchgear and Dispatching goods to customers as per dispatch procedure.
•Plan and arrange service box FG for export customers and forward shipping documents (Packing list to planner).
•Follow up with Production & Planning department to meet short supply FG for exports schedules & following up with customers for vehicle arrangement
•Ensure FGCN, DO & Invoice for Switchgear FG & Signing FGCN, DO for Service Box FG
•Ensure Gate Pass & DO scrap materials
•Ensure Gate Pass for rejected and replacement materials

- follow up PR from the first signing from requester till reach the budget holder and then to the finance manager.
- Prepare and organize vehicles and drivers information to get security permissions and to reach them to the needed point in time.
