• Lead Valeo Smart Devices Software teams to achieve project objectives.
• Responsible for end to end project maturity and delivery aligning with OEM and Valeo Milestones
• Responsible for all project management activities, aligning with project governance and reporting to project key stakeholders.
• Manage the complete Software lifecycle including development, testing, quality and safety, in accordance with ISO 16949 and ISO 262626.
• Identify, manage and monitor supplier Software components delivery to Valeo project teams with the required quality matrices.
• Define and deploy project success criteria, intermediate releases and Key Performance Indicators.
• Communicate and align directly with the OEM quality / audit team for inspection / evidence required for Automotive standards compliance.
• Prepare and update project schedule, budget, issues and risks.
• Set project specific action plans in case of project deviations.
• Manage project Hardware assets with project head office to ensure hardware availability for project team..
• Follow up with global site metiers on the projects as per defined projects reporting mechanisms.
