KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Make sure to keep right inventory, right item at right time, avoid over stocking.
• Maintain appropriate MoS of inventory to avoid non availability.
•Promote Ford parts business, by reaching companies and target customers.
•Negotiations with suppliers to get items at best prices.
•Meet with trade leaders, to develop business relations.
•Find companies share our services, signing contracts with them to improve sales.
•Prepare annual budget, control financials and reduce expenses.
•Guide and coach team to enhance their performance.

•Handle routine order management activities to ensure demand is managed effectively.
•Monitor and troubleshoot counter and workshop customer’s order fulfilment process and escalate issues as needed. Discuss the customer needs to S&OP team.
•Reply to all product and service queries and suggest information about other products to attract and win potential customers
